DC Baby Planners is looking for a full-time nanny for a loving family with a 10-month old boy for 4 days a week at 40+ hours in Bethesda. The family is looking for someone who will work with them as a team. The ideal candidate is kind, affectionate to the child, focused on teaching, not over-bearing, and responsible. A very competitive wage along with benefits is offered with a flexible start date.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum 3 years of professional childcare experience, be super-organized and highly-dependable.
Additionally, the candidate MUST meet all of the following criteria:
• Smoke and drug-free
• Legal to work in the US
• Speak and understand English fluently
• Have reliable transportation
• Punctual
• Be a great communicator
• Able to take direction well
• Willing to do light housework
• Current infant CPR certification (or willingness to take a class)
• Able to make at least a one-year commitment to the family
• Excellent references
